1.Q:What payment methods do you accept?

2.Q:How do I know what size to order?

3.Q:How to pay for order with Paypal?

   A:Step 1
Add to Cart & Fill in your Basic Information and Coupon Code.
(If you have a PayPal Account, just click "PayPal" Button to Pay)

4.Q: Can I cancel my order?
   A: Yes, you can get a full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase or before shipping. Once the order has been shipped, we won't be able to fulfill cancellation requests.

5.Q: Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
   A: If you want to make any changes, please contact our Customer Service team at service@rekine.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, changes won't be possible.

6.Q:How long will it take for my order to arrive?
   A:The time you receive your order is the sum of the order processing time and shipping time, if you order a pants it will need 1-3 business days of processing time and then 9-15 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 10-18 business days.
7.Q:Can I track my order?
   A: Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package.
8.Q:Can I return an item if I am not satisfied with it?
   A: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be in its original condition with the tags attached. You can also email us at service@rekine.com for further assistance.

9.Q: How long does it take for the refund to reflect in my account?
   A: Once we receive the returned goods, processing refunds can take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
